2018 CSA SUBSCRIPTIONS
Karl Family Farms provides the highest quality pasture-raised and grass-fed meats. Our goal is to provide our livestock with a life that allows them to express their natural instincts fully in a pasture environment. That means that pigs get to root, run and play; chickens get to peck, scratch and crow; turkeys gobble and strut; cows eat grass outside.
Our CSA offers you an opportunity to have guaranteed access to our products at a great discount to retail.
The following shares are for 6 or 12 Months (12 Month Shares receive an additional 10% discount).
Pick ups will be once a month on a designated Saturday starting Late February 2018, exact dates to follow.
Pick-Up is at the farm. If you are not from the area consider one of our buying clubs or we may be able to deliver your share based on the number of members in your area.
CSA Members will earn first right of refusal on Thanksgiving Turkeys and other specials as well as free or discounted access to any farm tours and events!

Each month this share will include: 1 lb Ground Beef, 1 lb Ground Lamb, 1 Pack Pork Sausage, 2 Lamb chops, 2 Steaks

Each month this share will include 2 lbs ground beef, 2 lbs. ground lamb, 1 lb Pork Sausage, 1 fresh pork cut, 2 smaller steaks, 1 larger steak, 4 lamb chops
This 6 or 12 Month share includes our 100% Grass-Fed Beef and Lamb
Each month this share will include 1 lb ground beef, 1 lb ground lamb, 1 lb stew beef, 2 steaks, 2 lamb chops
One dozen of our pasture-raised, free-range hen eggs with each of your CSA pickups. Feel free to order more than one if you would like more than one dozen each month.
